  Leslie Shedd is the founder and president of Rising Communications. She has served as a senior communications advisor to Members of Congress, including two former chairmen, Fortune 500 companies, and both U.S. Senate and Presidential candidates. For more than 15 years, she has implemented winning communications strategies across the country, while developing relationships with journalists at top national and international media outlets.
